It is important for you to know that you have a trainer that is well educated in fitness and meets the requirements to properly to train you. Yes, I know what you are going through. I know how being overweight make you feel and think. I was obese here's my story.

I once weighed 139.9kg (307lbs). YES, I was OBESE! I would get puffed out just going from the house to the car. By the time I got to the car I would be sweating. I was in a size 3XL shirt and my pants size 145cm (57 inches). Big boy is an understatement. My diet was so unhealthy that I lived on bottles iced Coffee, iced tea, tuna, apples and chocolate and other junk food. Yes, I was heading to an early grave. I was so unhappy and not enjoying life with family and friends that every time there were family events I did everything in my power to stay home. I was always feeling tired. I just could not be bothered with living life. I said to myself. All this was taking a toll on not only me but my family. I used every excuse in the book. Does any of this sound familiar to you?

Then I hit rock bottom. My wife and I went on holidays in the Gold Coast, Queensland Australia; we did not do anything. Well, except to go out to eat. I did not go swimming because I was just too embarrassed to take my shirt off. It got to the point where I had enough. It was time to take action. No more MR FAT guy. I signed up for an online program and on the first day (weighing in at 129.9kg or  286lbs) I fell and broke my toe. Well, I thought it was over before it even before it began, but the support of my online personal trainer as well as support network makes all the difference. I have lost 56kg (123lbs). So I certainly know what it is like and what YOU are going through.

 There is no greater achievement than being a fitter and healthier me. The decision to get fit and healthy has been the best decision of my life. This journey has revealed my strengths and passions that I would not have otherwise discovered. I now have direction and an explicit purpose of my life. I am active, focus, consistent and love life.

This journey is so much more to me then proper nutrition and exercise. It taught me to eliminate insecurity, self-doubts, shyness, fear and hesitation. Obstacles are just opportunities to achieve and move on to the next level. I no longer compare myself to anyone. I give things a go. I do make mistakes; that OK as I learn from them.

Yes, there has been much hard work but the rewards are extraordinary. I have discovered that once your mind is in the right place everything else just fall into place. I have choices in life, and I create my own destiny. I love life. I love paying it forward by helping others be fitter and healthier. That is why I became a personal trainer.  I am happy being me. Though my journey is ongoing I now realise my full potential. I will continuously take my Mind, Body & spirit to the next level.
