I can't believe my four weeks has come and gone.....I cannot thank you enough for the effort you have put into being available for me each and every minute of those four weeks. Although we are seperated by distance we have managed to maintain a positive and effective training relationship (with a little help from the marvels of technology - when it works properly!)
So - I will confess to being bitterly disappointed that I didn't reach that 65kg mark......how hard is it to loose that last 5kg. But I have certainly gained a lot from the 4 weeks:
I have clearly identified that you can't out-train poor nutrition (and I don't even mean McDonald or fried food but eating too much or anything has to be worked off).
I can now appreciate the value of resistance/weight training and it's ability to change your body shape (my shoulders feel much 'bigger' and I am convinced I can spy a bicep!)
I have improved my fitness - in the last four weeks alone I have gone from running 4km (twice) to being able to shuffle 5.5km. My new goal is to shuffle 10km by June.
I am training with people that are twice (at least) my fitness level but I'm in there giving it a go and reminding myself that I'm still going faster than the person sitting on the couch .... that was me not too long ago!
So thank you very much Albert....I sincerely appreciate it. You are a very altruistic person and I can sense your willingness to help improve the health of others...even those you have never spoken to :)

WOW! Alison you are on a mission. All your hard work paid off big time. Here are Alison 4 Week RESULTS:


Weight - Lost -1.6kg

Thighs - Stayed the same

Calf - Difference +2cm

Triceps -  Lost  - 2cm

Chest -  Lost -3cm

Waist -  Lost -6cm

Now the Before and AFTER photo. What a difference! Wow that AFTER photo is extraordinary!

Meet Jacinta Spadon from Victoria.

I joined Albert R Fitness Solutions 7 Week Challenge because I was doing another program but I was no longer losing weight.  I saw how well Albert had done losing his weight and keeping it off so I decided to give it Albert’s 7 Week Challenge a go!

I am honoured to be a success of the Albert R Fitness Solutions 7 Week Challenge.  In my first 7 Week Challenge I loss 9.5kg and 33cm off my body.  I came third in my second 7 Week Challenge. I love the results as I joined up for another 7 Week Challenge which I was the Grand prize winner!

I am a busy lady but I don't use that as an excuse.  I have a great husband George, two beautiful teenage children Bart and Jessie. Beside my busy family life; I also work full time 5 days a week and exercise 6 days a week.  I am doing a personal training course 2 nights a week. Every second Saturday I run a PMP program as well I am also doing physical education (PE) with my students which are so much fun.

I love going bush walking with my family and biking. I also do boot camp 3 times a week which I help run 2 times a week.  I go to the gym 3 times a week. I also do love to run in fun runs. I was so proud to run with my daughter Jessie in the Mother’s day classic, the colour run and the Susan fun run.

I ran the Geelong half marathon.  I didn't have my music with so I had to use my mental strength to get to the finish line. I am very happy that I ran nonstop for 21.1 km and I did it in 3 hours and 14 minutes.

I love the nutrition in the 7 Week Challenge as I didn't have to make up my menu plans they were all set out for me. I just print out the recipes, meal plan and the shopping list and I was ready to go. The meals are so good and really easy to make for my entire family.

It's so good to be a positive role model for my children. I tell my daughter that I exercise and eat healthy to be fitter and healthier. Eating healthy and exercising by following the Albert R Fitness Solutions program gives me more energy and I am a fitter and healthier person.

 

I am so happy and proud to be part of the Albert R Fitness Solutions Fitter Crew.  I love that fact that I am so much fitter and healthier because of this great challenge. I highly recommend the Albert R Fitness Solutions 7 Week Challenge to anyone who wants to be fitter and healthier.
